MOTORCYCLE WEEK VENDOR CHECKLIST/REGULATIONS
1.
Motorcycle Week 2007 begins June
14, 2008 and ends June 22,
2008.
2.
Vending is allowed only at locations that have been approved
from the City. Secure a space from one
of the approved property owners. Property owners must fill out a property owner
permission form for each vendor stating what space they will occupy. If the
Property owner sends this to you please forward it to the Licensing Clerk. Your
application can't be approved without it.
3.
Fill out the application for vending, and mail it along with
the payment PAYABLE to the City of
Laconia, 45 Beacon St East, Laconia, NH 03246.
4.
Deadlines for MC Week are as follows:

Checks for
payment will not be accepted after

Any and all
applications that are received after
charged an additional $100 NO
EXCEPTIONS.

Non Profit
organization late fees are $25.
5.
LICENSE FEE $450 FOR EACH SPACE
EXAMPLE: IF YOU HAVE 3 SPACES AT THE DRIVE-IN YOU PAY
$450+$450+450=$1350.00
NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS $100, $25 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE ON SAME PROPERTY
FOOD VENDORS - THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL HEALTH INSPECTION FEE OF $50 PER SITE.
6.
Vendors intending to vend on more than one property shall be
required to obtain licenses for each space located at EACH property.
7.
SUBLETTING OF
VENDING SPACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
8.
All vendors must read and comply with the safety
regulations. All Food Vendors must
comply with the State of

Vendors utilizing flammable source of heat for food
preparation or for any other purpose must obtain a permit from the Laconia Fire
Department. (603) 524-6881.
10. Tattoo Vendors must submit an application however, no
license will be issued unless or until the tattoo vendor has been inspected and
approved by the NH Dept of Health. You
must obtain a Tattoo Practitioner license from the State. All STATE paperwork must be submitted no
later than

During the SET-UP period the vendor booths and merchandise
should be shielded from the public.
