- Photo ID (drivers license, non-drivers ID, or passport)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of residency (utility bill, mail with your current address post marked within the last 30 days)

SUPERVISORS OF THE CHECKLIST
NOTICE OF SESSION
The Supervisors of the Checklist will meet on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Clerk's Office, to approve additions and changes to the Voter Checklist. No changes to Party Affiliation can be made after this Session, or before the State Primary on September 14th, 2010. New voter registration will continue to be accepted, as well as any changes to addresses or names, until September 7th, 2010.
