Articles for associations within the City of Laconia are filed with the Clerk's Office. All articles must be filed with the Secretary of State prior to filing with the Clerk's Office.

Uniform Commercial Code's (UCC's)

The City Clerk's Office has on file UCC's up until July 1, 2001. Any UCC filed after that date can be researched at the Secretary of States office in Concord.

Other Documents

The City Clerk's Office files all original documents including leases, court documents, and notices or writ.
