IBC2006 Commercial Building Code
IRC2006 Residential Building Code

National Fire Prevention Association
NEC2005 National Electric Code for Residential and Commercial Use

International Property and Maintenance Code
IPMC2006 Residential and Commercial structures code which also serves as the city's housing code
