FEES:
$50 PER FIREWORKS
$10 PER FIREWORKS FOR NON PROFITS

Who needs one:
*Anyone who intends to display fireworks.

The application must be accompanied by:

1. Two copies of the State of New Hampshire application for permit to display Class B Special Fireworks. (pre-signed by the Fire Chief and Police Chief or License Board Chairman)
2. A certificate of Liability Insurance listing the City of Laconia as an additional insured.
3. Get the property owners permission if on private property.
4. Make sure application is completely filled in. The applications will be sent to the State of New Hampshire after the License Board approves them.
