Anyone who wants to operate a loudspeaker of any kind needs to have a loudspeaker permit.

Loudspeakers must follow the ordinance of no later than 9pm Sunday - Thursday and no later than 10pm Friday and Saturday nights.

FEES:
$50 FOR ONE TIME EVENT
$50 PER QUARTER
$10 FOR NON PROFITS PER MONTH OR ONE TIME EVENT

The application must be accompanied by permission in writing from the property owner.
