LACONIA WALKING & ACTIVITY GUIDE
The City of Laconia now has a walking and activity guide for our residents to be fit in Laconia. The guide shows walking routes from each of our park houses and activities offered in each parkand the Laconia Community Center. The guide may be picked up at Laconia Parks & Recreation officeduring normal office hours (8:30am-12:00 / 1:00-4:30pm).

This class will teach you basic equipment, fish ecology, responsible outdoor behavior, knot tying, fish identification, care of the catch, casting techniques and safety.
June 2nd is FREE FISHING DAY!!

Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5:15~5:45pm at Opechee Smith Track
This is a progressive training system where things start slowly and during the 9 week program you will become fit and trained to complete a 5K race in 30 minutes. The cost of this program is $60.00 for 9 weeks.
During the training your kids will be working out as well. They will be in the middle of the track (where you can see them) playing all different CATCH games.

Must bring own mouth guard, shin guards, water and stick if you have one. A Stick will be provided if needed.
