City of Laconia Public Works Department

Any property owner wishing to connect to the City of Laconia's storm drainage system must first obtain a Drain Connection Permit. This permit applies to, but is not limited to the following acitivities:

• Connection of a sump pump into the City's drainage system.
• Connection of a cellar drain into the City's drainage system.
• Connection of a foundation drain into the City's drainage system.
• Connection of a yard drain into the City's drainage system.
