Capital Improvement Committee

This is a Committee established by the City Council to prepare and recommend a plan of capital improvement projects, projected over a period of at least six years, including the probable source of funding required to implement each proposed project.

Membership of the Committee is as follows: the three members of the council's Finance Committee; three members of the Planning Board selected by the Planning Board; and four members of the public appointed by the Planning Board.

Current board members: Councilors Robert Hamel, Brenda Baer and Ava Doyle. Planning Board members Don Richards, Jerry Mailloux and Bill Contardo.

Public members: Paul Lambert, Don Lasell, Michael Foote, Gordon Housell
