Laconia Housing & Redevelopment Authority

The Authority is authorized to proceed with a study of need of redevelopment of blighted areas and has the right to accept and use gifts and grants for the exercise of its functions from any private or government source.

There are five representatives appointed by the City Manager to staggered five year terms expiring in October. Current Authority members are: Ruth Stuart, Steve Laurent, Bobbi Thomas, Robert Harrington and Thomas Drouin.
