In any county in which a regional planning commission has been formed, a community may become a member and is entitled to representation.There are two representatives appointed by the Council and one appointment by the Planning Board to staggered four year terms expiring in June.

Current representatives are: Warren Hutchins from the Planning Board and Dean Anson from the Conservation Commission.
