Technical Review Committee

The City Planning Board is authorized to delegate its site review duties in regard to minor site plans to a committee known as the Technical Review Committee. The TRC shall have authority to accept or reject applications and to approve or disapprove applications for minor site plan approval (See Chapter 89 Technical Review Committee of the City Ordinances).

Membership is as follows: Chair, Luke Powell, Public Works Department; Shanna Saunders, Planning Department; Carroll Seigars, Code Enforcement Director; Seth Nuttelman, Water Superintendent; Charles Roffo, Fire Prevention Officer; Lt. Bill Cleary, Police Department; Jon Duhamel, Assessor.
